  • 2 cl PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE
  • 1 cl lemon juice
  • 1cl mint syrup
  • Tonic
  • A slice of cucumber for decoration

Method

  • Step 01
    Pour the ingredients into a tulip glass in the following order :

    Pour in the PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE
  • Step 03
    Add the lemon juice
  • Step 04
    Add the mint syrup
  • Step 05
    Top up the glass with the Tonic of your choice and garnish with a slice of cucumber
