Ingredients

  • 4 fresh market tomatoes
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 3 tablespoons organic AOP Provence olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon organic PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE
  • 1 organic lemon, squeezed
  • Fleur de sel de l'ile de Ré
  • Pink berry pepper.

Method

  • Step 1
    Wash and quarter the tomatoes.
  • Step 02
    Chop the parsley and add to the tomatoes.
  • Step 03
    In a separate bowl, add the olive oil, organic PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE and lemon juice. Mix the ingredients together. Season with fleur de sel and pink pepper.

    Mix the vinaigrette with the tomatoes: your salad is ready!
