Ingredients
- 4 fresh market tomatoes
- a few sprigs of fresh parsley
- 3 tablespoons organic AOP Provence olive oil
- 1 tablespoon organic PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE
- 1 organic lemon, squeezed
- Fleur de sel de l'ile de Ré
- Pink berry pepper.
Method
- Step 1Wash and quarter the tomatoes.
- Step 02Chop the parsley and add to the tomatoes.
- Step 03In a separate bowl, add the olive oil, organic PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE and lemon juice. Mix the ingredients together. Season with fleur de sel and pink pepper.
- Step 04Mix the vinaigrette with the tomatoes: your salad is ready!
