Put the flour and baking powder in a bowl and mix well.
Cut the butter into pieces and add to the bowl. Mix well with your fingertips to obtain a sandy dough.
Next, add the coconut to the dough, along with the eggs, sugar, milk and PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE. Mix until you have a fairly compact dough.
Place a sheet of baking parchment on a baking tray. Using two spoons, place the pastry in small heaps.
Bake your rochers at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes. They should come out firm and lightly browned. Sprinkle with icing sugar and enjoy !
