Ingredients

  • 450g pork tenderloin
  • 6 tablespoons PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 180g all-flower honey (liquid) from a local beekeeper

Method

  • Step 01
    Mix the honey, soy sauce and PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE.
  • Step 02
    Coat the fillet mignon with the sauce and chill for at least 6 hours.
  • Step 03
    Take the meat out of the oven 30min before putting it in the oven.
  • Step 04
    Place in the oven at 180°C gas mark 6 for 30min.
  • Step 05
    Cut into thick slices and serve.
