Ingredients
- 450g pork tenderloin
- 6 tablespoons PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 180g all-flower honey (liquid) from a local beekeeper
Method
- Step 01Mix the honey, soy sauce and PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE.
- Step 02Coat the fillet mignon with the sauce and chill for at least 6 hours.
- Step 03Take the meat out of the oven 30min before putting it in the oven.
- Step 04Place in the oven at 180°C gas mark 6 for 30min.
- Step 05Cut into thick slices and serve.
