Mix the water, PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE, milk and sugar.
Separately, whip the cream with an electric mixer.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mixture. Mix well.
Place in an ice-cream maker for 45 min. If you don't have an ice-cream maker, pour the Preparation into ice-cube trays and place in the freezer overnight. Blend the ice cubes just before serving.
