  • 25 cl water
  • 20 cl PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE
  • 50 cl organic whole milk
  • 50 cl organic full cream
  • 200g unrefined organic sugar

Method

  • Step 01
    Mix the water, PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE, milk and sugar.
  • Step 02
    Separately, whip the cream with an electric mixer.
  • Step 03
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the mixture. Mix well.
  • Step 04
    Place in an ice-cream maker for 45 min. If you don't have an ice-cream maker, pour the Preparation into ice-cube trays and place in the freezer overnight. Blend the ice cubes just before serving.

    Your PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE ice cream is ready to enjoy! You can enjoy it as an accompaniment to a tart or a brioche perdu, results guaranteed !
