The day before, chill the liquid cream in the fridge.
The next day, rinse the fresh strawberries. Remove the stalks. Place in a dish. Keep them at room temperature to enjoy their sweetness when you're ready to eat them.
Pour the crème fraîche straight from the fridge into a large bowl and add the PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE.
Whip the cream with a whisk or electric mixer until you obtain a stiff whipped cream. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Arrange the strawberries in individual bowls with a large tablespoon of whipped cream on top.
