PASTIS DE L’ILE DE RE has entered the exclusive club of certified organic spirits after being awarded the Ecocert ORGANIC FARMING label.

The organic philosophy starts with the cultivation of the herbs, and continues throughout the creation of PASTIS DE L’ILE DE RE.

As well as the plants grown by Didier Dorin, our organic herb farmer, the other ingredients added to this vintage aperitif have now also been certified organic, including the grain alcohol (sourced in France and issued from organic agriculture) and the cane sugar, which also comes from France and boasts organic certification.

These organic ingredients are yet another aspect of this exceptional product that makes it a truly unique gourmet aperitif.
